The following requirements will ensure you can successfully participate in any LIVE! Online Training event.
- PC Headset with microphone
- Windows™ PC with 500+ MHz CPU and 256+ MB RAM
- 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
- Local installation of the software covered in the class*
- Internet access (128kbs or better)
- Internet Explorer™ 6.x+ recommended
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled
- Macromedia Flash™ 6 Player (or later)

Troubleshooting
Windows XP
If you're using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed and having difficulty attending a session then click here.
Centra Install
If you encounter difficulty in installing the Centra client, you may contact Centra support directly at 888-617-7499 (or 781-869-4255 for users outside of the United States) and identify yourself as a customer of Siemens.

Purchasing a headset
You can obtain a headset for your PC from many sources, including your local electronics/computer store.
You can also purchase a headset from various online vendors. One such company is Andrea Electronics. Some of our instructors use this headset model for conducting LIVE! Online Training.
